Corporate Relationship

The sending company outside the EU and Slovak host must have a genuine qualifying corporate relationship. The transfer is temporary and differs from ordinary recruitment by a Slovak employer.

Mobility & Family

EU ICT Mobility

ICT permit holders from another participating EU Member State may qualify for short- or long-term mobility in Slovakia under separate rules.

Family Reunion

Eligible family members can seek Family Reunion residence. Under current rules, qualifying family members of ICT transferees can work without the ordinary work-permit or vacancy-confirmation requirement.
